What is the cause of the error: Enter Invalid Date?

I have two IRA accounts that each time I update with downloaded transactions, the system shows an error box that reads, Enter Vadid date. I've looked through the transactions but don't see any incorrect dates, and there is no clue given as to which transaction has the invalid date. Any suggestions?
