Reauthorizing USAA accounts

One of my four USAA accounts quit downloading transactions so I deactivated the USAA accounts and went through the new USAA re-authorizing process. However, that same USAA account (Visa credit card) was not listed as an available account to add or link. I've been through the process several times and that one account is not on the list.

    To help troubleshoot this issue, first we need some additional information. When did you first notice this issue? Which version of Quicken were you using when the issue started? Did you do any other troubleshooting before deactivating the account that wasn't updating? When you say the account wasn't listed as available to add or link, do you mean it had "Don't add to Quicken" next to it, or do you mean it didn't show up in that Add/Link window at all?

    I just noticed the same issue. My USAA credit card charges are not downloading as normal. What changed?
