Connection with Quicken and Wells Fargo

Over the past year and one half I have lost connections to Chase, Schwab, AMEX, etc. Now they sent out a notification that they are changing the connection with Wells Fargo. If that happens, looking at history, I will lose that download connection, so all I will have is Citi Bank. I should not have said that because maybe they will change that also. I can't use this software anymore. I have been with them for 30 years, and have hung in for the last year and one half to see if they would fix the connections, but nope. I am so disappointed. Why is this happening?

    all those connections work just fine after they have manually been migrated - as per the directions - from the Direct Connect protocol to the Express Web Connect+ protocol
