How to handle Roth conversion? [edit]

My husband and I just did a Roth conversion from his IRA. Ameriprise listed it as a withdrawal on our statement, with number of shares and total amount. I don't find any way on Quicken classic for windows to enter the two stock transactions in a way that takes the correct number of shares at the proper valuation out of the IRA account and get them into the ROTH account.
