Spurious Transactions in Reports

I have several personally configured reports which I use on a regular basis. I ran a few of them today and many are picking up transactions which should not be included in these reports. When I check the configuration for these reports, these spurious transactions have not been selected.

These reports were all working correctly until today.

Some more details about the exact nature of the problem would be helpful.
There have been some recent reports about problems with filtering reports on text in the Memo field.

It appeared to correct itself a couple of days later, but the issue is back today.

Spurious transactions are being picked up in different reports. One report selects transactions from only one account, but unrelated transactions from another account are also displayed.
