Fidelity Problem [Edited]

This is now the 4th time this year Quicken "loses" retirement funds in Fidelity accounts. It used to be just one of my accounts…now it is 2 accounts and about 75% of the value 'disappears'.

We are hearing nothing from Quicken. It is not fun to look at my accounts and think the market dropped to near zero. Are you fixing this problem? Tell us what's going on.
