Converting Quicken Payments from Paytrust

I am a long time user of Paytrust and a long time user of Quicken Classic. Now that PayTrust is being converted to a new vendor, considering either adding billpay or upgrading to the Quicken program that includes bill pay. I have the following questions:

Is it easier just to add bill pay to classic than to switch to the version that includes bill pay?t

Is there a way to import my payee register from PayTrust to either of these Quicken Programs?

Is the Quicken Bill Pay system stable and reliable? I have had zero problems with PayTrust so I could continue my current method which has been highly satisfactory. It just seems to me that furhter intergrating these functions would be more efficient for me.
