American Express Linked Online Bill always shows $0 due

I have had a problem with American Express not updating the mount due each month from the linked bill, it always shows 0 (severally throwing off my monthly cash flow projections). Sure I can remove the linked bill and manually update it but it's a pain.

I have balance due in like 10 days however if i remove the linked bill and go to re-add it i get a list of all accounts I can link with, American Express appears and shows the correct bill due date but shows a $0 balance there (which when you login the Amex website is not the case).

Has anyone had this issue and resolved?

Please consider using alternative payment methods if Quicken Bill Manager is having problems
