My mortgage balance in Quicken is off by thousands of dollars. How can I fix it if there is no Register to see the ins and outs?
If there's no mortgage account register, it means that you enabled the account for download.
SO, only the downloaded transactions from your mortgage company can post to the account … so it's unclear how the account can be off by any amount.
Please clarify.
I really can't clarify why it's off…that's why I'm asking for troubleshooting help. It used to balance, but I've been getting a CC-502 error for a few months and now I see it's like 200K too high. This is a minor bank (Third Federal, Clevelan) so their Q support is pretty non-existent. Any advice on how to find the error? Set up a dummy account and connect/download to it?
