System accessing file

Hi, all of a sudden when i was opening my quicken "subscription version", it said, "The file cannot be accessed by the system". I am not doing anything different. Can someone please help?

    Where is your Q data file stored? On your hard drive (where it should be)? On a networked drive? In the cloud?
