Error parsing during Quicken start

I have started getting a parsing error when I try to start Quicken. I tried reinstalling Quicken to no avail. I am running Windows 11 with all the updates. I tried to run on a different computer and it works properly with the same files, same date and time (QDATA.QDF and QDATAOFXLOG.DAT)

    I'm guessing here, but there appears to be something wrong with your installed version of .Net Framework.
