how do i add items that are not sales to a sales receipt

Using a sales receipt to record sales; however I need to add Tips and Square Fees to thre receipt in order to tie to the credit I get from the bank. When i run sales reports I get everything not just the actual sales. Would like to add items below the line (like shipping)that would tie to the total i would get from the bank.

Use split transactions.
