Renewal Feature NOT WORKING!

2 buttons on the renewal feature, one is on the right rail in red and one is on the yellow header. BOTH NOT WORKING! WHAT THE WHAT?

    Every time I click on the renewal the program shuts down! Unacceptable! [Edited - Readability]

    Now I am on everlasting hold with Quicken. The first guy I talked to had trouble understanding my English. I told him exactly five times that I was trying to renew. Then he doesn't understand my email address. I asked for someone who may understand my English better and he said, I am the only one having a problem.

    Here we are 2 hours later. The program does not work on the desktop or the laptop. The renewal subscription still appears even though the subscription ransom payment has been made.

    If you were able to successfully pay your subscription renewal thru the Quicken website, Canadian page, then all you should have to do in Quicken on the desktop/laptop is:

    • Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    • Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
    • Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your Quicken ID (the one you just used on the Quicken website)

    This should refresh the subscription information within your Quicken data file on the desktop / laptop.

    Still no Quicken. This is day 2 of the Quicken hostage crisis. After 2 hours on the phone and my $35 renewal payment, I have no access. Quicken says they have a problem now … after 2 hours of uninstalling and installing. This is an unmitigated disaster.

    Yesterday I tried to renew my subscription Quicken saved my new credit card information, but didn't recognize the renewal. Today I was able to get the renewal to go through, but when I go into the software on my laptop it won't let me download anything. I did not receive a 16 digit code, and support is closed. Very frustrated with this software.

    16 digit code? I don't think Quicken uses that. Turbo Tax has a 16 digit License Code.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    If you were successful in renewing your subscription at the Quicken website, you don't have to download anything or enter any Activation codes. Start Quicken and just …
