Disappearing memo field after download - on only one account

I have an several accounts for many years and never had an issue. I created a new account, connected to a checking account with my bank (bank is not new - had for many years with the other accounts).

This one new account removes the text I have in the memo field. No other account has this problem.

    When does this occur? While Quicken is automatically accepting downloaded transactions into the register?
    Is the text in the memo field blanked out or is it replaced with downloaded transaction data?

    Some more details would be helpful.
