Discover Card not downloading Transactions

I can't log in to my discover card account through Quicken however I can when I go directly to the web page - so my ID and password are correct - I keep getting a CC-503 error which says either my password or ID are wrong - WHICH THEY ARE NOT! I have gone through all the fixes that Quicken advises but nothing works - I was also on the phone with a Quicken Tech support for 2 hrs and that still didn't help - QUICKEN you need to fix this problem ASAP as I can see I am not the only one with this problem.
