For a Citi credit card (not a checking/savings account) you should be using Citi Cards/Direct Connect instead of Citibank/Express Web Connect:

Fill in the User ID and password and select Connect. Note it seems like there is a bug that prevents adding a second Citi credit card this way.

    You will get this dialog:

This is because you will have to authorize Direct Connect for this account/data file.

Log into your Citi credit card account then Hover over the Profile icon and select More Settings, and then Manage Desktop Apps.

Select Add Access and then Continue.

You now have 10 minutes to go back to the Quicken dialog and select Try again now → Next.

Once that account is added to Quicken you can select Back to Manage Your Desktop Apps and you should see that connection has now been added.

NOTE most likely you could do the authorizing at Citi Cards before selecting Connect in Quicken and avoid the error dialog, but just is just the flow I took while making sure this still works.

What it says on Citibank is to start with Quicken App. My citi bank visa does not have more settings. It has profile - then linked Apps and Websites. It says I don't have any liked apps and then says to add third party apps I should start at the quicken App.

I suppose it is possible that your credit card account isn't supported by Direct Connect.

Here are the details of me login in:

    Website: https://online.citi.com (online.citi.com)

Fill in User ID and password and then clicked Sign On:
