Chase credit card Downloads

I have the premier classic. R52.33 Build 27.1.52.33. I keep getting the OL-122A error message when I try to download credit card transactions. The browser says the download is complete but it will not load into quicken. I have been using this product for many years with this Chase account and have never had a problem. I tried the various troubleshooting suggestions regarding refresh account and so forth with the same result

    I did contact Chase as some have suggested. This is the response I got from Chase "Our investigation shows that Quicken has partnered with
    Chase and is informing it's customer's about the bank-hosted sign-in form to authorize downloads. For assistance, we request you to contact Quicken support team and they will be able to resolve this issue in real-time. "

    I deactivate my Chase account on the online tab and then reactivated it. It took me through the process for one step transfer. It successful downloaded transactions.
