Changing Historical Transactions

Hello!

I want to change the category of a bunch of historical transactions without changing one by one. I am cleaning up my categories and I have years of data. I was hoping that changing the payee would do this but it only fixed going forward. I thought I have tripped over this once before with renaming rules but can't seem to locate this feature. Any leads? Thank you
