USD to CAD conversion in Budget Planning (Q Win Canada)

I have the Canadian version of Quicken (R52.28) and notice that all USD incomes (from an USD account) added to the Budget Planner are displayed as USD instead of CAD (home currency). Why is this income not converted to CAD? If I view the same transactions in Calendar, all the USD income amounts are converted to CAD, but are not converted in the Budget Planner.

    Just to understand, are you saying that the CAD accounts are in CAD, it is just that the USD don't get converted to CAD, right?

    If so, sound like some kind of bug to me.

    Correct. USD does not get converted to CAD when viewed in the Budget Planner, although USD is converted to CAD when viewed in Calendar.

    As this appears to be a bug, is this forum the correct channel to raise visibility of this issue to Quicken support?

    It doesn't hurt to report it here, but the official ways to report bugs are Help → Report a problem and contacting Quicken support. Whereas contacting Quicken support is the only way to get any direct feedback on it.
