Is anyone else having issues with PayPal and US Bank transactions not being pulled in to Quicken?

I have not been having any problem downloading from either of them.

How long have you been having this issue?

Are you getting any error message(s) or code(s)? If so, what are they?

Thanks for responding. For PayPal it began the beginning of October. I don't get any message, just my manual entries for expenses remain uncleared and Quicken has not pulled in any entries since then and I cannot reconcile the account.

Approximately the same time frame and actions for US Bank.

In the Account Registers for these two accounts, right below the account name at the top left of the view, you should see the last date/time that transactions were downloaded and what the connection method is. It should look something like what is shaded in this picture. What do you see for each of these accounts?

Yes, I am having the same issue with PayPal starting this month in October. I have tried to start over downloading as a new account and it just doesn't work.

I talked to Quicken support and we deactivated my account and then set it back up. Will know tomorrow morning if it worked.

@mark.lindon - Did deactivate/reactivate resolve the issue for you?
