Trying to download transactions for all the accounts and quicken locks up. Ive tried on 2 different computers same result. I have have the latest version on both.
Are you getting any error messages? Or does it just lock up? If the latter, you probably need to contact Q Support, via the link at the top of this page.
no error messages. It connects to maybe two accounts if i'm lucky and goes into "not responding mode". I have to hit cntl alt del and force kill the application and restart
How long are you waiting before force killing the program?
Have you tried Validating your data file? SuperValidating?
