Mastercard Transactions Won't Download
For about the last 2 weeks my two Chase Accounts [Chase Freedom & Chase Amazon] won't download the transactions into Quicken. Screenshot of error message is attached. It reads: "Quicken is unable to complete your request. [OL-221-A]." I can download the transactions in Excel as a CSV file. Transactions download fine into Quicken from my 2 Capital One accounts and a couple of retail credit card accounts. I am using Windows Home 10. Any idea on what this means or how to fix it?

BTW, the picture file you attached is a screen shot of a Delta flight schedule, not of the error message.
