Starting over

I am having issues with all of these accounts: Syncrony Car Care, Synctony Home, Best Buy, Home Depot, and USAA. USAA downloaded but I cannot see it. The rest have CC 502 errors. I spent a day trying to fix it and reconcile my accounts but decided to delete everything and start over. At one point in the past year my checking account stopped syncing, so I stopped using Quicken. This all triggered when I was charged the annual fee for Quicken. I would like to use this but at this point my Excel spreadsheet is more accurate and more reliable. One of the problems I see is that Quicken does not show pending transactions which should be accounted for when balancing credit card accounts. I would much appreciate help getting this all set up and working properly. Thank you for your help. Jim Haeckel
