OL-304-A error for several days

I have gone through the "reset connection" and still get this error. I tried creating a blank data file to see if it would work as a brand new account, and still get connection errors. Who is the best resource to help get this fixed? My bank points me to Quicken. Screenshot is below with account numbers erased.
