Updates attempts for Elan Financial Services keep asking for a passcode
Yesterday and again today whenever I try to update my account at Elan Financial Services I get a popup window saying "Please choose the below option to trigger one time passcode." I can successfully generate the code. It comes in email. I enter the code, wait a bit, and then Quicken asks me to trigger a passcode again. No error message—it just keeps wanting a passcode over and over, without ever completing.
I'm running Quicken Classic Deluxe R52.23 Build 27.1.52.33. My OS is Windows 11.
Is this a problem for others, or just for me? Anyone have a solution?

I am now also getting the 2FA popup window every download, although it works after I enter the code. Since the CC502 and CC505 debacle was resolved a few weeks back, Elan (Fidelity Credit Card) had been working normally. Why should I have to enter a code every download on the same device? Is this a setting on my end I need to change?
Thanks.
