Unable to load Quicken file on Startup

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
Numerous occasions (almost everytime now) of error on quicken startup that says unable to load my quicken data. I click thru the error and am able to load the correct file from the File→open drop downs. Then, it asks for my user name and password. I enter that and the file loads just fine.
Any thoughts on how to resolve?
