Security Lending doesn't remove shares

I had shares lent out from my Schwab brokerage account. Quicken correctly picked up the new lending account and the transfer of shares to that account. When share were returned by the borrower, the appeared back in my brokerage account but were never removed from the lending account. I am out of balance with Schwab by this amount. I am on the latest version of Quicken for Mac. Is there a quick fix to get this in balance?

I noticed it added back the shares to the lending account after I removed them.

I used remove shares to flatten the account but the next time I download transactions it reappears. Is there any specific instructions I should add to the Remove Shares??
