How do I reinstall my Quicken 2015 without having the Intuit log in page come up?

I purchased Quicken a long time ago, and have been using it faithfull for years.  I have my disc, but when I tried to re-install after a major crash, now I cannot get past the Intuit log in page….it keeps giving me an error message about not being able to do that at this moment….it's because Quicken and Intuit are no longer connected, but how do I get around this??????

You can download/install the Quicken 2015 R17.4 Mondo patch from here to get the Quicken ID login but unless you saved the Quicken.ini from your previous installation, you'll get a blank screen. You can try these instructions but they don't always work.
