Amex credit cards multiple update issues
I have 4 American Express credit cards on 2 different americanexpress.com logins. These have been updating and downloading transactions for years with no problems.
Recently, all the accounts stopped downloading. I tried to use Reset Account and it asked to authorize on americanexpress.com. I then encountered several issues:
- Authorizing one of my logins automatically removed online access for the accounts on the other login with a CC-800 error. Authorizing the second one then breaks the accounts on the first one.
- No new transactions were downloaded.
- The Opening Balance transaction for each account was modified so that the Ending Balance matches the Online Balance.
Please fix this bug ASAP.
