When are you going to fix these account download issues. It has been way too long. Your lack of communication is so unprofessional. Many of us rely on an accounting of our finances with Quicken. You are not responsive to fixing issues and do not let any of us know that you are working on fixing them. I'm about to say goodbye to Quicken after many years.
