One Step Update - Again

What's happened to old reliable Quicken? After a frustrating series of efforts to get OSU back and running after an "upgrade" shut it down, I was getting most of my accounts working again. With the latest update, it's failing again with my most important (and numerous) accounts with USAA trying, but failing to connect. I attempt to restart online connections, USAA says my permission has been granted and, once again, no connection. I've been relying on Quicken since it's inception (1 -3.5in. floppy!) and it seems like upgrades are often a problem.
