Print settings


My checks were printing the split transactions fine until today. Now it only prints out the checks but does not print out the split transaction vouchers.

The check only prints out the name of the payee, the amount of the check in digits and words; the address box and the date but not the split transactions. Can you help or assist me? I just spent over an hour on the phone with a representative who was unable to fix the problem. Can someone help me???

    I removed your phone numbers. No one from Quicken will phone you, but scammers might.

    Can you provide images of the old and new vouchers so we can see the change?

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    Doublecheck your settings in Edit / Preferences / Write checks.
    "Print categories on voucher checks" must have a checkmark.

    Also verify that, when printing a check, the check style is set to "Voucher checks".
