Health Equity is not downloading, no errors, simply will not download
I have been trying to download from Health Equity since yesterday (10/30/2023), but nothing comes through.
Deactivate, setup connection again, nothing.

Hello @sdai,
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

other accounts also downloaded 6 months worth of data, though.

As for the other accounts that downloaded 6 months worth of data that you mentioned, were these duplicate downloads? If so, then you can delete the duplicated data that downloaded and they should not redownload during any future One Step Updates.
