Discover card with a CC-929 error

My Discover Credit Card account stop downloading a month ago - when I try to add it back I get the error CC-929. I can download a Quicken file from my Discover Credit Card web page but Quicken won't let me add it to the account I have - Quicken YOU need to fix this problem ASAP!
