how to add an Academy Sports credit card with Comenity Bank

I cannot login to Comenity Bank credit card with Quicken but I can login to their website.

the only thing i get is CC-503 and says I might have typed in the wrong user name and password. I know that this is issued thru Comenity Capital Bank. I have tried more than Comenity bank on your list but I don't a Comenity Capital Bank.

You may need to ask for a supervisor, a Level 2 support person or someone familiar with Quicken.

Logging on to your card account's website with a browser may also provide you with a link to download a QFX file with transactions to import into Quicken.

I have emailed Academy and they tell to choose the Academy Sports Outdoors + from the Quicken Bank List. When I search for in the list it comes up empty. Is there a way to update the bank list.
