Request to show 0.00 amount instead of blanks in transaction registers

Sometimes there's a need to record a transaction with a net amount of $0.00, for whatever the reason.
In the transaction register, none of the columns for Charge, Payment or Amount currently show 0.00

I would like to request this to be changed to show 0.00 in the Charge and Amount columns, like this:

Or at least an ON/OFF switch.
