I connect to Elan and then am expecting a text code from Elan, but it never comes. I've spent hours on the phone with Quicken and Elan. Each says it's the other's fault.
I just talked to Elan and they acknowledged that the direct download does not work. They have people working on it. No estimate for resolution date. We just have to download the file from Elan and upload it into Quicken. Very disappointing
