New Transactions Downloaded...No Transactions to Review

Hi -
When I do a One Step Update on my accounts at Charles Schwab, the Summary states, "9 accounts updated, 2 new transactions". However, there aren't any red flags and there aren't any transactions in the "Downloaded Transactions" panel, so no transactions to accept. If I drill down on the4 9 accounts updated hyperlink, it shows that there is a single transaction for each of two accounts. The message there is "1 new transaction downloaded, No transactions to review". How do I fix this?
