CC 800 turns to CC 503 becomes CC 929

I have been having issues with a CC800 on OSU. When I click "Fix It" or if I go to the account detail and try to "Reset Account", I get CC 503 instead. After a few attempts it turns to CC929. This has happened to me in various accounts at multiple different financial institutions over the past month and now I cannot update all of these accounts (Affinity FCU, Alliant CU, Citizens Bank, Fulton Bank, Lake Forest Bank, Trustco Bank, Visions FCU and others).

I have gone through ALL the steps that Quicken Support has outlined online (signing in as different user, changing passwords, creating test files, etc) to no avail. In addition, I spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Quicken support while sharing my screen. We went though ALL the steps they have outlined for resolving a CC-503 and CC 929. It was escalated to level 2 and then level 3. I still do not have a resolution. I am told that level 3 might take 3-4 weeks to get back to me by email. Kind of frustrating…..

I am running the latest release of Quicken for Windows;

If anyone has any additional ideas to try, it would be much appreciated!
