Missing paperclip? Possible reason/workaround

I discovered WHY some transactions are missing the paperclip icon when there are attachments.

1) If attachment is made during initial entry then paperclip is displayed.

2) If attachment is added to an existing entry AND any change is made (i.e. date, split, memo, etc.) Quicken will display a "Save Transaction" popup. Paperclip will NOT be displayed after clicking save even though attachment exists.

3) Workaround = delete attachment (both local & cloud), save transaction, add attachment again WITHOUT any other changes. Paperclip now appears.

I Hope this can be corrected so "Save Transaction" allows paperclip icon.
