adding custom fields to invoices

Hi

I am new to this forum I operate a cleaning service. I was wondering if it is possible to create a custom invoice from scratch creating my own custom fields in the Quicken form system? Field like Date Of Service Plus Service description and so forth. Any help would be very grateful.Thanks
