Credit card account payment by bank account transfer do not appear in credit card register.

The credit card account transfers in from a bank account stopped appearing in the credit card account. My credit card account shows 4 years of charges without showing and bank payments. But in the list of accounts the credit card displays a correct net balance after taking into consideration payments from bank account. This display problem just started. Other accounts display correctly.

using Quicken online and a MacBook.

can you help get an accurate display?

    For starters, what Q product are you running?

    You posted in a Windows forum but you say that you're using a MacBook. And Q Online is a companion to the desktop products, not a standalone.

    Lastly, WHERE are these card payments not showing up and HOW are you recording them? If you could show us a graphic of the card payment in your checking account it would be helpful.

    first make sure the credit card register is sorted by date and not filtered. Click the Date column heading to sort by date. Maybe the payments are sorted somewhere else. Are the payments in your checking account? What is the Category on them? It should be a Transfer to the credit card account, either in the Transfer column or in square brackets like [credit card].

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
