Since Quicken Classic I've been having problems with my backup file. First I had to enter my password, then select backup file from C: drive to use file. Now, thast bsackup file is empty and Quicken wants me to add new information as if a first time user.
Before I download new informatiomn from my banks, I'm wondering if you havea fix for this glitch. I need the information that was stored within this file.

You should be going to File>Restore Backup within Quicken to restore a backup file. Is that what you did?
