Stock Option Trading Symbol Not Recognized in Quicken Mac

Hello - I have looked at all of the previous postings to troubleshoot this issue. I have loaded stock options in the past that I have traded and the price history downloaded as expected. But yesterday I loaded a new one for the first time in awhile and I get an error message that the stock is not recognized. I have triple checked the format of the option trading symbol and that is correct. Any suggestions?
