Unable to download E*trade Investment Accounts after Morgan Stanley acquisition

I am unable to download transactions into Quicken for my investment accounts following Morgan Stanley's acquisition of eTrade. I saw another similar post, but those suggestions did not resolve the issue. I am running Quicken Classic on a mac (Version 7.3.2; macOS 13.6.1).
Is anyone else having this issue?
