Updating transaction in brokerage account, Quicken Classic crashes

Everytime I try to update my E Trade account, Quicken crashes. Error reports sent, no reply, cannot reach customer support, paid money to have this feature. If feature doesn't work, I want my refund. REFUND

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin to occur? Does it only occur when attempting to update account(s) with E*Trade?
