Cannot delete payment reminder

I have a monthly payment reminder I cannot delete.

When I originally set it up, it was a bi-monthly deposit (paycheck). But now it is showing in Bill & Income Reminders as a Payment. Anyway, I can't edit it, or delete it. When I select it and then click delete in the menu I get a popup that says "Could not delete item". It also shows a due date of "none".

Right clicking on it does nothing. Clicking on "edit" in the action column does nothing.

I'm using Quicken Classic Deluxe (R53.16) on Windows 11. I've had this issue for over a year now and thought maybe it would resolve itself but hasn't.
