Anyone experience an issue where Quicken Mobile/Web shows incorrect (phantom) securities?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
in one of my investment accounts viewed thru Mobile or Web, it shows a security that should not be in there and was never put in there. The "phantom" security does not exist when viewed thru Quicken Desktop (Classic). This means that my or Account Total or Net Worth is different depending on which application I use.
