Bank of America transaction downloads to Quicken
Just like JayDC reported last year, I too have been having problems with downloads to Quicken from BofA. As in JayDC's case, the checking account downloads work fine but the linked Savings account does not download any transactions. This has been an on-going problem for me for years. YES, I update my Quicken application to the latest versions and update my PC regularly too. These downloads are the PRINCIPLE reason to use this tool. It used to work perfectly for many years but in the past 5 years, if has gotten much worse with the download process. I've opened cases with quicken support in the past but those never go anywhere as Quicken points me to BofA support and BofA support points me back to Quicken Support. I'm just a user of this tool but neither organization wants to help me correct the issue.
