US Bank failure to update - Windows

My PC is on Windows 11, Quicken Build 27.1.5.3.16, which I updated today. I can't get Quicken to update my US Bank accounts since the last successful update on November 15. Based on postings I've seen previously, I deactivated every US Bank account, then went to Tools/Add Account, identified US Bank Internet Banking, was taken to the website, signed in, and authorized all the accounts. US Bank reported I had successfully authorized all my accounts, and One Step Update says it's downloaded transactions for x thousands of days, but hasn't added anything later than November 15 and there have been transactions since then. I have tried Update All Accounts, or going to individual accounts and doing the "Update Now," with the same result. There have been no error messages, and I'm stumped. Thanks for any help.
